2. Waste Water Management (WWM 2007) at Oman, 26-31 May 2007

The Advanced Construction Management Certification program is an intensive one week program. It will be held at the University of California in Irvine.   It provides experienced construction managers with a powerful educational experience that enhances productivity, improves managerial and leadership skills. It offers participants with an opportunity to stay on the leading edge of the profession.

The program curriculum is an intensive, integrated and comprehensive review of the business and practice of construction management. It examines the latest relevant research findings, court rulings, state of the art technologies, construction process improvement techniques, project cost controls, scheduling methods, quality control processes, risk management analysis, future trends, industry challenges and opportunities.
 

The program is structured to energize creative minds, to develop productive work habits, to create effective project managers and ultimately successful industry leaders. Participants will experience a unique and dynamic educational opportunity that will challenge their technical, conceptual and managerial skills.

Waste Water Management (WWM 2007) at Oman, 26-31 May 2007

The proposed short term training course on �WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT� is intended to convey the basic concept of both physico-chemical and biological treatment systems, advanced design, optimization & project implementations. Performance monitoring and maintenance of treatment systems, selected case studies from industries will also be included.

 The course will be delivered by eminent visiting faculty from Environmental Engineering Division of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, India; Caledonian College of Engineering, Muscat, Oman; apart from experts from Industry. A site visit to local waste water treatment plants will be arranged in addition to a panel discussion wherein the participants will have an opportunity to interact with experts.
